Digital products and services

Dr Jens Gudmundsson currently offers digital health coaching, consultations and related services, including online programmes and products, which are either delivered by video call / telephone call in the case of consultations and coaching calls, or via digital download / by accessing the online membership portal in the case of courses, programmes and online information products.

Delivery times

Digital products and services

Following purchase, certain digital products such as online courses, access to online membership areas (if included with your purchase) and other digital resources will be available for instant download and access. Full instructions for how to access these digital resources will be provided by email following purchase. In some cases, certain modules and sections of content will be delivered after pre-determined intervals of time, to allow the best learning experience.

In the case of virtual consultations and coaching calls, these will be delivered via video call, according to availability of both the client and the coach or practitioner. Consultations and coaching calls can be booked via our online calendar at a time convenient for both the client and coach/practitioner. We aim to deliver consultations within 5-7 working days of purchase, depending on client and practitioner availability.

Refunds

Our refund and returns policy for digital services including health coaching and online products and programmes, lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Virtual consultations are not eligible for a refund.

In the case of digital, virtual or downloadable services, programmes and products (including but not limited to: coaching programmes, courses, e-books), if a refund is approved, your access to these services will be revoked once the refund has been successfully completed.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
